REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Registration may be by phone, fax, email or regular mail; although we suggest that you always call first.
Although many programs show a registration deadline of one (1) week prior, registration at least two (2) weeks in advance is recommended to better assure your space in the class. If you see a program of interest, however, please call even if the deadline has passed. There may still be space--or the program may even have been rescheduled.
ALL contacts and registration will be acknowledged, so if you send something to us and do not hear back within a reasonable time, please call again. We are a small office, primarily staffed from 8 am to 1 pm, Monday through Friday. Email and voicemail are checked regularly at all other times.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you must withdraw from participation for any reason, a full refund will be given only if we receive notice from you at least 7 days before the event. We regret we are otherwise unable to give refunds unless we cancel or postpone the event.
BPC reserves the right to cancel or postpone any program for any reason (weather, insufficient registrations, etc.). Every attempt will be made to give registrants maximum advance notification of cancellations or postponements.
In the event of withdrawal or cancellation where reimbursement is due, you may elect to have the tuition amount handled in any of the following ways:
Tax-deductible contribution to BPC. (Official acknowledgment will be sent for tax purposes.)
Credit certificate to be applied to another BPC program or books.
Refund. (Allow 6 weeks for receipt of check.)
TUITION DISCOUNTS
Registrations submitted jointly by three (3) or more participants, for the same program, will qualify for a 10% group discount. This is the only discount designed for these programs. However, if you or your group has a financial need, please send an explanation of your circumstances (sufficiently in advance of the program to consider your request) via email to bpcosb@comcast.net or by regular mail to:

If you would like a group program designed for your needs, please contact the BPC by telephone at (703) 393-2485 or via email to bpcosb@comcast.net. We work with adults and youth; school, church and community groups of all sizes; many faith traditions; and participants at all levels of spiritual life. We have some meeting facilities on our monastery grounds or we can bring the services to you.
If you are interested in pursuing individual spiritual growth, please also let us know. We have spiritual directors, both laypersons and members of our Benedictine Community, available to serve your needs.
