 Lenten Scripture Study
Women of the New Testament

Women called by God to Discipleship

Wednesdays, March 1 – April 12, 2017
10:00 AM – 11:30 AM
Join S. Charlotte Lee on a multi-week journey with women of the New Testament who responded to God’s call.  This study of New Testament women engages with women across a variety of connections to Jesus and the apostles.   Participants will encounter the strengths and needs of these women, as well as how being a woman in the Holy Land during the time of Jesus and the apostles shaped many of the challenges they faced in responding to Jesus.  Through discussion and prayer participants will explore what it means to be touched by Jesus, and the meaning of discipleship through the lives of the women who lived in the first generation of Christianity.
Book cost: $15; Workshop fee: $35.
