                  SPIRITUAL EXERCISES OF ST. IGNATIUS
           Retreat in Everyday Life— 19th Annotation Retreat

 The Spiritual Exercises are a compilation of meditations, prayers,      and contemplative practices developed by St. Ignatius Loyola to
  help people deepen their relationship with God. What we would
  like to offer at the Benedictine Pastoral Center is “the retreat in
  daily life,” which involves a nine-month long commitment of daily
  prayer, weekly meetings with a spiritual director, and monthly
  group meetings.

                                  Prerequisites
  *Possess a deep desire to seek God;
  *Having a practice of daily prayer and be ready to commit to at
  least 45 minutes of prayer each day for the duration of the retreat
  (approximately 9 months);
  *Made at least one prior silent retreat;
  *Comfortable sitting with Sacred Scripture;
  *Open and receptive to ongoing spiritual direction;
 * Comfortable sharing the details of your prayer experience with a
   spiritual director.

                              Application Process
 We will accept applications for consideration beginning in June
 2022 for this retreat, which will begin in late August 2022.

 Retreat Fee: $900 (payable in monthly installments)
 Please contact Sister Andrea Westkamp at awestkamp@osbva.org,   571-428-2510, if you are interested in this retreat.    Further     requirements and necessary submissions will be discussed at that
 time.
