God, Caffeine & Soul.

Prayer
is like
Caffeine for the Soul.
It Stimulates us,
motivates us,
jump starts us
and gets us through our day.
We will Enjoy together
caffeine delights
and
Stimulate our hearts
and Souls to
ascend to God
through the
aromatic fragrance of
Prayer

Please bring with you
to the retreat the most unusual
coffee / tea cup you can find that you are willing
to give away to
someone else.

We invite you to
share with us a taste of your favorite coffee / tea time delights.
Some suggestions might be your favorite
tea / coffee cake, biscotti, chocolate, scones,
special flavorings, use your creativity and imagination.

Come Take a Coffee Break with God.

This one day retreat centers on coming away to take a coffee break with God. So often our lives are packed with the business of everyday life, children and their activities, traffic jams, deadlines and all the other things that invade on our inner peace. This retreat allows us to escape for a while to the quiet and solitude of Ignatian Imagery prayer, story telling, and sharing with other women how God is alive in our lives. Sharing a taste of your favorite Tea and Coffee time treats is devilishly encouraged. When we think about it some of our most important and delightful conversations take place over a simple cup of coffee or tea and a piece of devils food cake. Friends share the sad and happy events of their lives. So, why not come away and share our lives with God? Scripture tells us to Taste and See the Goodness of the Lord. This retreat will satisfy both body and soul.
