INTERFAITH BOOK DISCUSSIONS
Through reading and discussion, this new program will facilitate conversation between faiths. Our goal will be to form community as we get to know one another, learn from one another, practice communicating with those of other faith traditions and strengthen each person’s grounding in his/her own faith tradition.
The first book for discussion will be The Faith Club: A Muslim, A Christian, A JewThree Women Search for Understanding by Ranya Idliby, Suzanne Oliver, and Priscilla Warner. This unique book is a cooperative narrative journal by three women who engaged in intentional conversation about their faith and traditions. Participants are encouraged to read the first several chapters of the book before the first meeting.
